主题拟造一个辐射之后的世界，政府为幸存者提供了相应的避难所，本项目主要讲述了政府以公平公正公开的原则为地下城避难所居民提供食物，但是事实
却并非如此，人们领取的食物并不是自己看
到的那样但是他们仍然相信着这么一个“辉煌”的政府。
The theme is to create a post-radiation world in which the government provides shelters for survivors. This project mainly describes the fact that the government provides food for the residents of underground shelters on the principle of fairness, fairness and openness.
